Luxaviation acquires Abelag

The Luxembourgish business aviation group Luxaviation announces the acquisition of the Belgian operator Abelag, leader in Benelux. The new group with its 300 employees operates more than 50 planes located in Benelux, Germany and France. The closure of the contract will be signed officially on June 20th in Brussels and be attended by company stakeholders as well as political representatives.
