On the 13th of June 2013, Luxaviation announced the acquisition of Belgian operator Abelag, leader in Benelux. This acquisition brought the Group to a new competitive level with 50 aircraft in the fleet and 300 employees in Benelux, Germany and France.

Luxaviation has confirmed its position as European leader of business aviation through the acquisition of Masterjet. Masterjet holds a Portuguese AOC, is headquartered in Lisbon and operates business jets from Paris/Le Bourget.

In May 2015, ExecuJet Aviation Group AG of Switzerland has been acquired by Luxaviation, Europe’s leading business aviation group, based in Luxembourg. The transaction saw Luxaviation acquire the entire share capital of ExecuJet and become the second largest corporate aircraft operator in the world.

With acquisition of ExecuJet, Luxaviation became a proud operator of fleet of more than 250 aircraft.
